Recycle Your Used Pesticide Containers
In efforts to be more “Green”, Orange County has started recycling its used pesticide containers. The link below is a company that is located in Georgia, but makes trips to Florida every 2-3 months. They come on site and chip your triple-rinsed containers and haul off to be processed into pallets for the Ag industry (not consumable industry). This is a free service and helps keep our landfills free of these containers.
Some of you may be using this service already, but for some I hope it is a service that you will take into consideration. Please feel free to pass on to others.
